Graphic Warfare Terms & Conditions
These are the following terms of service provided by Graphic Warfare:
ARTWORK SERVICES:
All artwork is provided via email and can also be requested that a DVD can also be sent to the customer for backup purposes.
We ask that when briefing us on your ideas and concepts of the artwork you are wanting us to create, that you provide as much detail as possible about your ideas and if possible, any image references that you may have.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Start by filling the form to the right ------>
2. Send us your enquiry and we'll get back in touch with you ASAP
3. After we've quoted, you can let us know if you're happy with the price we've gave you.
4. If all is good, we'll start your design based on the ideas you have.
5. You'll then receive a PDF Document Jobsheet displaying your artwork / designs.
6. If you're happy, use the account details listed on the 2nd sheet of your PDF Jobsheet.
7. Pay us the amount listed and agreed upon.
8. We'll send you all neccesary PDF / PSD / AI / JPEG / PNG files via Email straight away.
9. If requested, your DVD backup disc will also be sent to you.
Couldn't be easier, we're a no hassel, easy to use design company with high standards and low prices!

Graphic Warfare retains the rights to all artwork created by them until paid for in full by the customer.
When your artwork is created you'll receive a preview version of the artwork which will show you your design as you requested it.
As we work over the Internet we require a deposit before any design work is started. The deposit size depends on the size and type of the job that you require. Please enquire for more details. Once we have received your deposit we will create your artwork and email you preview images. Once approved and the rest of the payment is sent through, we'll send over the requested file versions of your designs straight away.
Please note: If you're paying through Paypal for any service that we offer, you must add an additional percentage onto the price we quote you to cover transfer and Paypal Fees.
Please Note that we use an external courier service when sending out orders of printed items such as T Shirts and we have no control over delivery times only a rough estimate.
